Manufacturing, Assembly, and Commissioning

Alongside development and design, we also take on the manufacture, assembly, and commissioning of the systems we design – machines, jigs and fixtures, assembly and measuring stations, manipulators, and similar equipment. The client thereby receives a complete turnkey delivery from a single source: from concept and design, through manufacture and assembly, to a system ready for operation. Because we design and, where required, calculate the system ourselves, responsibility for the functionality of the whole remains in one place.

Components are manufactured in cooperation with a proven manufacturing partner whose machine park includes CNC machining centers, lathes and milling machines, cylindrical and surface grinders, and EDM machines. Assembly, the installation of purchased components, and adjustment are carried out under our own supervision, followed by functional testing of the system. Commissioning is performed at the client's site, together with the handover of complete technical documentation and the introduction of operators to the system.

We consider a project complete only once the system runs reliably in production. After delivery we remain available for technical support and, should the need arise, for subsequent optimization or modification – whether operating conditions change or the system is extended with new functions. A system we developed ourselves is one we know down to the last component, which makes such changes faster and simpler than when a project is joined at a later stage.
