Core stacking device

This is a hydraulic device designed for stacking transformer cores weighing up to 1,500 kg. The machine operates in two positions – horizontal and vertical. In the horizontal position, operators manually assemble the core laminations. Once the stacking process is complete, the unit is switched to the vertical position via a control station, allowing the assembled core to be safely lifted and removed. The working height is adjustable, ensuring optimal ergonomic conditions for the operator. The work surface is equipped with hydraulic cylinders for precise lamination centering, along with multiple sets of adjustable mechanical supports and clamping elements.
